Releasing Soon

Yep, that's right. By The Skies is releasing soon. October 30th (my birthday!) to be exact. I'm super excited to have this book out, if you couldn't tell by my Twitter or Facebook posts.

Blurb for By The Skies: Kariea has turned healing into an art. Despite attending the best academy in Arix, she’s only allowed to study what her family approves. They want a lady; she wants more.

The dragon magic of old has granted everyone power. Kareia doesn’t intend to squander it. Though she’s forced to learn other arts in secret, an unexpected friend offers to teach her more. Even better, he isn’t afraid to break a few rules.

All the better for Kariea. With an arranged marriage in her future, she’s running out of time. Luckily, the law of the land is on her side: she can duel her betrothed and win her freedom… provided she can sneak in a little training first.

Can Kariea hone the skills she needs to win? Or will she be forced to accept an unwanted marriage?

While this will be my last solo release for 2020, there will be other good things coming <3

What extra good things? You'll have to wait and see (we can't offically say yet and ITS KILLING ME). What I can say is I have A LOT planned for next year. The biggest thing I am excited about is my portal series. I am going to be working on the last book in it for NaNoWriMo this November. Incase you've never heard of it, NaNo is just a writing contest to try and write 50k+ in the month of November. With how consistently I write, it's not a huge challenge for me anymore, but I love helping out my local region and other writing buddies hit their goals. It just makes me so happy to see the writing community come together for some nonsense and mayhem together.

Back to portals. As it is now, I plan on it being a three book series. I have snazzy covers for it already, the first two books are completely written and waiting on some beta feedback. My alpha reader has already given some great advice that I've applied. More updates to come. Until then, back to revising for me.

November Nonsense

NaNoWriMo is starting to wind down, I've accidentally surpassed 3 of my goals, and I am over 25k words into a new story. Today, I just...
